Game Season has arrived, bringing with it a host of interesting ingredients for our chef’s to combine and play with. Coq d'Argent will be continuing the season with a selection of venison, partridge, pigeon and wild boar special dishes in September and October, and a delectable game tasting menu from September to end of October.
Bluebird's Courtyard will turn in to a wild woodland this October, where you can enjoy the delights of the Café under warm rugs surrounding by log piles, & baskets of chestnuts. Not forgetting some wild ingredients from new Executive Chef, Simon Gregory.
=On Monday 9th, Wednesday 11th, Thursday 12th and Friday 13th October, Plateau will be offering a special curated menu featuring Pheasant as the special main dish priced at £ 45 per person. If you are unable to make the supper club but still wish to try the dishes, the starter from this menu will be available to enjoy in the Grill and Restaurant A La Carte.
